How to play Scorpion Solitaire

Build down in the same suit. Any face-up tail may move, and empty columns accept kings or king-led tails.

How to play

  1. Deal seven columns with a small reserve tail.
  2. Build down in the same suit.
  3. Move any face-up tail as a unit.
  4. Deal the reserve cards when useful.
  5. Complete four suited king-to-ace runs.

Strategy tips

  • Preserve clean suited runs.
  • Use an empty column for a king-led tail.
  • Reveal hidden cards before committing the reserve.
  • Avoid mixing cards that will soon need separating.
